    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very interesting, I have learned more about relationships between business processes . Working in Microsoft Access is a very helpful in my future endeavors. The diagrams for UML, BPMN are very difficult at first , but the more chapters you read the easier they are to understand.

    Course highlights:

Microsft Access is a very useful tool and one must have this installed on their computer before class. Knowing how a business processes cash receipts is only part of the class.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Using your time wisely and reading each chapter totally before going on. Ask questions and make sure you are an effective team member because your grade depends on several tough team assignments.
