    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is the beginning class for anyone with a declared or interested major of teaching. It really helped me more with the hands-on fieldwork experience that we did, having to have 30 hours of it, rather then the coursework but everyone is different.

    Course highlights:

The hands on experience and reflections we did from our observations really helped me personally, become more aware of the education system, the type of different backgrounds of students (race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, financial status, anything that could impact a student's life), we learned about and really helped me gain a much better understanding of what some or all students are having to go through today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're interested in becoming any kind of teacher or being anwhere in the education system, being in the Libs courses is completely worth everything and gets you experience that is helpful before you even get into the credential program.
