    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This ENG 101 course was a great intro to college writing and the expectations of college writing. The course focused on teaching the students how to go about writing a college paper and how to use the MLA writing and citing formats.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to make a good thesis statement and how to evolve that thesis statement throughout my paper. I learn to how to avoid plagiarism and how to cite sources.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to give your opinion and tell the professor when you are having trouble with your paper in any way. Their is a final paper in this class but the professor builds up to that paper and you are allowed to use the tow previous assignments in this last paper. Participation is key, if you skip class there is a good chance of missing information that is helpful to know.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class was instructed by someone who doesn't seem to actually know anything about the subject. I was thrown into the class without being told. I did not have the book, and was used as the class scapegoat because I was too young to be in the class, and had no previous experience. They thought it was funny, and made sure to make every moment that I spent in the class uncomfortable. According to the book that I ended up getting, I think I would have enjoyed the class at a later moment, but the experience made me never want to find out.

    Course highlights:

I was not in the class long enough to actually learn anything. I passed in three short stories, and got all of them back with failing grades and no instruction on how to fix it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready for it. Take the classes that you need to take before hand. And take it above the teachers head if they are not helping.
