    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course has taught me valuable lessons that have practical elements outside of the classroom. Getting to know how your brain and others work is not only helpful in managing your own emotions and productivity but also to better understand and respond in various social situations.

    Course highlights:

The lesson on learning and cognitive behavior really stuck with me as a student. It's helped me to tweak my study habits and environment and I believe strongly in the application of state dependent learning, or in other words going into the test in the same state and conditions you study! Consistency in mood and environment can provide more than some think.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The tests are tough and overall is a hard fought A, but the fight is worth the knowledge gained in the end. Once again can't stress enough the applicable elements you can take from this course whether you're a Bio major, Engineer, or Business student.
