Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I find the topic of psychology very interesting. The way Dr. Dufour teaches this class is extremely valuable and fun. The information that is covered in this course is intriguing.

    Course highlights:

Through this course I have learned a lot about how our brains work and interpret things. This course discusses every day scenarios and breaks them down. We talk about how we perceive and interpret the things we do, which is very interesting to learn.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is important that you go to as many classes as you can. So much information is gone over in class, you do really miss out if you don't attend. Also there is no homework in this class necessarily, so it is important that you take the online quizzes due each week to maintain a steady grade.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Excellent course, informative and engaging. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs an introductory course to psychology or even someone looking to fill a few elective credits in the next semester.

    Course highlights:

We touched base on many of the introductory concepts of Psychology including mental health and the often times questionable treatment methods. We also discussed how the mind handles different stressors and stimuli and how our behavior reflects the biological and chemical balances in our brain.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest taking less notes in this course and really being an active learner. Absorb thoughts and discuss your ideas. I find the method of discussion to be very helpful in this class as it introduces concepts that are supposed to challenge you.
