Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The grade in this class is based on four tests and no assignments. I appreciated this because instead of focusing on assignments we put all our efforts in the class discussions and in studying and mastering the material.

    Course highlights:

As I am not a fan of History, I was thoroughly surprised at how much I enjoyed this course. The professor is engaging and knowledgable about the material. He inspired me to learn more and master this course. The professor was the highlight of the course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I highly recommend taking good notes during the lectures. They are great to study for mastering the material and they are great to reference during the discussions. I have also referenced these notes after the course ended. The information has been invaluable to me.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I was never interested in History until I took this class. The teacher I had was so passionate about what he talked about. He would always give us as much information as he could, never wasting a second of class time to make sure he explained every topic thoroughly and clearly. I wish I knew not to take so much time of one part of your two part exams, you will run out of time.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed learning about the presidents all the way up to President George W. Bush, it really put America's history into perspective for me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Write down everything this teacher writes on the board, every bit is very important.
