    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it pushes you to write a well written paper. Professor Johnson has a really strict grading rubric, so if you want to get a good grade you really need to push yourself. I was a junior in high school when I took this college course, so it was a little more challenging for me. I got a B in the class. I tried harder than I've ever tried and I was satisfied with my grade. If you want your writing to improve I definitely recommend taking this course.

    Course highlights:

I learned to work in groups better. I learned how to write different formats of essays. I learned to not be scared to present an idea in front of a class. The highlights of this class was getting to work with my classmates more than I was usually used to.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're considering to take this course be prepared to work a lot. I took this course over the summer so we moved pretty quick. It's challenging so don't get frustrated... just ask for help!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it focuses more of the literature rather than creativity does as in ENG101. I think it is important to understand both to help in your future no matter what field you plan on going into.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was getting to focus on a topic of your choice that you were interested in. I learned how the world in impacted by just one topic or subject and how to open your mind and think of solutions. As well as how to become a better writer.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed, you definitely need to keep up. Do the homework when you are supposed to. Think and dig deeper than what just lies on the surface.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recomend this course because it is a general ed, and it is also nice to know how to successfully right a paper.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot on grammar, citations and formatting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate on papers, always take your time and have others peer review.
