    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    She been a very good mentor and friend to me and you learn a lot in the class. She very free spirited. And not closed minded. I learned a lot about baking.

    Course highlights:

    Creaming method, cooking a pie from scratch

    Course Overview:

    I wouldn't recommend it because I believe there are better opportunities out there for students.

    Course highlights:

    I learned some basic knife skills and cooking prep skills.

    Advice for students:

    Just to focus and work hard. It is sometimes hard to follow but if you just stay in tune, you'll understand.

    Course Overview:

    I got to learn a lot of fundamentals and even though my teacher was on the quirky side, he was a great motivator and support system for me when I needed someone.

    Course highlights:

    I learned basic techniques to take my baking to the next level. Balla covered everything from different baking methods to quickbreads to sanitation.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study. Practice. Repeat. As with any class, if you need help then ask. Don't be afraid of a tutor.
