    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend it. This was a course based on corporate branding, and creating collateral materials.

    Course highlights:

We worked with a local business in our area to create a logo and collateral materials. This was the first time we stepped outside of the pretend business world and into working with a real client.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on task, and keep adjusting your designs until you are completely satisfied with it. This is a deadline based course so try not to fall behind.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course. It helped me discover a piece of myself. It helps you decide on your personal brand, and who you are as an artist.

    Course highlights:

You get to study many different logos and brands throughout the course. There are nice little writing exercises every week to involve you in some research. Then you participate in the redesign of local company brand. You are also designing your personal logo too.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the assignments and course work. Class discussion is helpful with finding out what works and what doesn't in terms of constructive feedback.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a great course but really hard and takes so much work. My advice is to take your time to come up with something unique because it is to easy to create a bland logo. Also make sure you save all you work because it is not one of the assignment that you will want to redo, trust me.

    Course highlights:

The highlight is when the identity of the company comes together, it make you feel like a real designer. I learned that your first idea is just a doodle and to not get frustrated if the ideas are not coming as fast as you like.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do it it is fun but take good notes. Also do lots of research it is real easy to make something common if you don't look around first.
