Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is fairly easy, however he did make us read 8 entire chapters for the midterms and only asked about 4 ... also, he does not go that much into details so limit your notes so you dont study more than you need to

    Course highlights:

We learned how to value any type of asset in the world. From using discounted cash flow valuations, to using option pricing models we covered very interesting topics that will at least bring some perspective in any future analysis of companies.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    - Read textbook every week - Take notes on the main ideas and concepts with less focus on details - midterm is solely theory so do not do practice problems with calculations

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Good for overall knowledge but dense! Requires reading the book for sure, practice problems are a must.

    Course highlights:

Overall finance knowledge on company valuation and valuation models. The group project was also great at analyzing industries and using online tools to access companies & their respective industries. Helps to expand your capabilities of analyzing a company.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't leave studying to the last minute, read the chapters and make sure to actually understand dividend models and FCFE models. Work on the project ahead of time, its worth more than the final!
