Pretty easy, overall.
It is a very useful course for students majoring in HR and management. A lot of relevant information is provided and it is not heavy in terms of workload. The grade allocation is fairly distributed with 40% for each midterm and 20% for a two-page paper submitted at the end of the semester.
Employee-employer relationship. It describes the interplay between the various actors of industrial relations: unions, employees, employers, government, and legislators. The course focuses on major labour-management issues and the day-to-day problems of negotiating and administering collective agreements.
