Pretty easy, overall.
The material in itself is interesting, but the lectures are quite dry. I suggest reading the slides ahead of the class to figure out the answers to the clicker questions - you will be marked on your attendance, and the accuracy of the response of clicker questions.
The midterm is hard - don't miss any tutorials as you have weekly quizzes, and essays to hand in, especially the one before the midterm as they give you practice questions that are similar in difficulty for the midterm. It's all MPC, and the questions can be really tricky at times First part of the course focuses on genetic problems such as finding the ratios of inheritance in different scenarios (mendelian type inheritance, or not) - do lots of practice problems, read the slides before the midterm and you should be ok

Advice for students:
Don't miss tutorial sections, attend every class as you get free points for attendance, read ahead and study for the tutorial quizzes, they are basically free easy points so you should definitely take advantage of that.
