    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

I would. it is very active and involved.

    Course highlights:

He is a very great teacher and knows how to relate to students our age

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study daily and work hard. Put in the extra hours because it is worth it

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Washington has a very clear understanding of biology. However, as organized as she is, teaching the lesson doesn't come easy. Her tests are not extremely difficult, but requires a lot of teaching yourself outside of class.

    Course highlights:

It was an 8 week course, so I learned to cram a lot of information in constantly. I definitely learned about the muscles, that's one section that stood out.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

It was a four and a half hour night class. So be prepared for A LOT of new information all at once to come and go quickly. Pay attention in class, ask a lot of questions, and read the lecture notes.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend taking this course with this particular teacher for several reasons. I feel like this teacher not only discourages students, but he does not care about students' success either. This teacher makes students feel like they know nothing compared to him.

    Course highlights:

One aspect of this course that I enjoyed was dissecting a brain and an eyeball. I liked the hands-on part in lab, because that helped me learn a lot more than just reading a powerpoint did.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to study every single day and make sure you know every aspect of the human body for lab practicals. Read the chapters before you come to class so you can follow along with what he is saying.
