    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    The professor was wonderful. The course was full of very relevant information that was useful.

    Course highlights:

    Corporation elections and tax implications. There was a lot I learned, but corporate tax elections stands out to me the most.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not miss a seminar and do not fall behind with your homework. The professor is there is you need him just have to ask.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course was wonderful. I really enjoyed the interaction with my fellow students and our professor was an integral part to the success of passing this course.

    Course highlights:

    I learned tax calculations for corporations, how to process a business tax return, set up a corporation, but also why to make the decision on a C corporation, S corporation, LLC, etc.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take your time, really review and read the text well. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
