    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is very self driven as any online course is. It's having the time and resources to master the outcome of what you accomplish while pursuing your career goals.

    Course highlights:

It's the beginning but I previously took this course at a technical college over ten years ago. I love learning about the body and especially mine. The course work of this class is and can be somewhat tedious but after sometime you will understand the concepts and develop your own techniques of learning and how to achieve the best results.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to read and digest everything. Take time to fully understand the concepts you're learning. This is the advice I would give to students considering to take this course.
