    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professional Presence really preps you for the world. In this class, I've developed new strategies for working with my peers constructively. This class will teach you how to handle conflict at work, adapt to different personalities, and how to effectively communicate. Professional Presence will truly teach you what Professionalism really looks like.

The highlights of this course for me was the lecture/discussion on professional attire, and the power point presentation on who I am as a professional. I learned more about myself, and who I am. I also learned about different attributes contributed to my career: such as good customer service skills, being a team player, and taking initiative. I highly recommend this course for anyone in college.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is needed for any degree that you are obtaining. You learn how to be a professional and maintain professionalism.
