This has been one of my favorite courses thus far. It has really helped me tie in everything that I've learned leading up to this point.
I've learned how to tailor eating plans for athletes, and it has helped me to put into perspective caloric intake and dietary needs for individuals who want to either maintain or workout to lose weight.

TAKE IT! Don't let the term Sports Nutrition fool you. You won't be designing a program for the elite athlete, but you will be creating one for your own. Don't be intimidated.
