    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor has excellent teaching skills! She is positive, encouraging, and you will learn so much about the american diet and the truth about what we put in our bodies! The class is flying by because I love it so much! The instructor lets you know if you may be slipping in the course and/or also if your are exceeded expectations, she will send you a "pat on the back" email!

    Course highlights:

I learned about vegetables that contain cellulose can actually flush the bad cholesterol out of you body as well as other toxins. Also that we should be consuming half of our plates of fruits and veggies in order to maintain optimal health!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest they always do the reading and make flash cards for all of the biological terms and function of the digestive process. It is very important because you will need to know them all for the exam as well as functions od each organ in digestive system.
