Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course has helped me in more ways than one. I started applying some of the concepts I have been learning to my present employer. The results have been positive.

    Course highlights:

I have learned that being a leader in health care, you have to not just manage, but keep learning, mentoring and be a master of time management. Staff will follow a strong leader.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Time management is the key. I set aside time daily for this and my other class. Stay commited. Study on break at work. Record your weeks highlights on your phone and play them back driving to and from work. Listening to yourself at first is strange, but you will get use to it. At Dr appointments, carry your book. The sacrifice you make now will be your dream alive later.
