    Course Overview:

    Its is a Great school. They give you hands on tring.

    Course highlights:

    I learn how to read a recipe and also how to make Bechamel sauce and for the last 12 weeks of my co use I've learned so many things from basic vegetable prep.to stocks,fish,meats and pastry.

    You must have a passions for cooking .
