Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Jack Burns has a passion for service leadership, and it shows in the course. He teaches interactively and you feel welcome to ask questions. He's a great help outside of class. Also the class material is something you can use in any type of profession.

    Course highlights:

I learned what it meant to be a servant leader. How I would lead instead of just be a boss. I learned different styles of leadership, as well as when to use each style. We went over the "Leadership River" and the different areas of leadership. We went over management, and different styles of that. I gained a lot from this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings! When you read, you are more prepared for the class. Also, after you type your notes, review them after each session for about an hour to better understand the material. Utilize Jack as much as possible, he is always willing to help.
