    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

An AMAZING course. The beginning of the course seems like too much work because there's a lot of reading and material that the course goes over BUT don't be discouraged because what you learn is so important and amazing that it makes up for it. When you're done with the course you'll be so ready to squash the patriarchy.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely the sex section of the course and the violence part of the course. Learning about sex positive lifestyles was really amazing and opened my eyes to slut shaming and it taught me to stop thinking in a negative way towards sex. The violence against women section was another section that really had me reflect on everything and stand up against rape culture.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pace yourself with the readings and make sure you read everything and not just glance over things because you're tested on every single thing. Make sure you enjoy the class and really love it or else you will think it's too much.
