    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Manson is very knowledgable! While the class was lecture heavy, I found the subject material and the application of them in the real world to be super interesting! There were online weekly quizzes on the reading that weren't too difficult since they were open book. A midterm, a term paper, a final, and these weekly quizzes made up the grade.

    Course highlights:

The teach is just so smart that just hearing some of his knowledge really informed you. While the term paper was difficult to write, the actual prompt and the end result was super interesting to me!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

He talks about the readings in class, so don't feel bad if you're confused after the assigned reading. Manson is really good at being available for office hours, so go visit him if you need help!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He's a great teacher than makes the information easy to understand and digest. All of the assignments help the students to better understand the course material and overall contextual information.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the model UN assignment. it helped me gain a bigger perspective on what it's like to make economic and social decisions on the global level. It also taught me how important team work and communication is.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggests actually reading all of the lecture materials and readings. These will really help you grasp the information that will be on the tests and pop quizzes. The professors is also always open for offices so I would recommend taking advantage of that.
