Great Intro to the Subject
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course is a broad yet very informative class that I found to be easy to get a hang of. A majority of the content is memorizing different muscles, bones, joints, organs, etc. but also learning what those parts do and what they consist of on a deeper level. The lab for this course is also a great aspect because we are lucky enough to have access to cadavers to help us learn parts of the body on a real life scale.
I was definitely looking forward to taking this course. I find the content to be interesting and I think that Dr. Frisch taught the course very well! He uses demonstrations using objects he has with him as well as students, having them represent different muscles or molecules to show us on a larger scale what is happening. We worked through each region and area of the human body, learned the parts, functions, and overall affect of each. The labs would follow along with where we were in lecture fairly well which helped with studying for the weekly quizzes.

Advice for students:
I definitely recommend taking this course, whether for a major requirement or even as a science credit. It's not a breeze through class, you still have to take time to study throughout the week to do well. A lot of it is memorization, but there are concepts that you need to be able to know and understand as well. It is an easy class to enjoy if you find human anatomy interesting!
