    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Extremely difficult. You have to know both qualitative and quantitative aspects of this course and you don't know which hes going to test on.

    Course highlights:

Learned alot about statistics but its not going to be too practical unless youre going into that field. More specifically you learn alot about hypothesis testing, variance and derivatives.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study everyday. Review lecture notes go over the assignments and past midterms and final exams in order to do well.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it to student torn between taking honours or applied econ. This is usually the course that turns students off to honours econ but if you really try and do the homework or even use course hero you can earn a very high mark.

    Course highlights:

The questions on the test are not going to be trick questions....its tough to trick a proof. Study the questions and understand them and your laughing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard, do practice exams and assignments - even old ones.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Youre only in this course because you have to take it usually... Prof is a smart guy and knows his stuff. He is a fast pasted teacher, if you find you can't write all the notes in class dont worry. He puts them all up online. If youre finding you cant write the notes it's probably better to just listen anyways. He explains everything he is doing very clearly its just super fast. It's a hard course but it's extremely do-able, and with effort and finding the right course hero documents you can nail the final and midterms.

    Course highlights:

He has assignments that are long and depending on the amount of questions in the assignment will tell you if he is actually going to grade them or just give everyone 100%.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Studying for midterm and final can all be done by re-doing old midterms from the class or old assignments. The questions are kind of difficult to change but he doesnt always ask the same questions so you cant just pick an old midterm and memorize it. Other than that, good luck. You'll feel like you actually learned something after completing this course....hopefully.
