    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course give us ability to understanding the fundamental concept of Australian financial accounting base on Share, consolidation , taxation of asset, revaluation , and foreign investment not only in theory but also in practice term.

    Course highlights:

    Shareholders Equity,Non-Current Assets revaluation , Tax-effect Accounting,Consolidations Part 1 - Introduction to Concepts,Consolidations Part 2 - Inter-Entity Transactions,Consolidations Part 3 - Non-Controlling Interest, Accounting for Foreign Currency Transactions, Translating the Financial Statements of Foreign Operations.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Before attending tutorial class, you have to self prepare for the homework, the lecture slides contain only easy questions to practice, but the the quiz in text book requires a deep knowledge after tutorial class, we are recommended to to challenging question which is similar to the test and exam, we have to go extra mile to find extra knowledge.
