    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a really nice course and the teacher was very flexible. She made sure she tells us what the main points are and presented a lot of examples. I never had any issues studying and never went asking for help!

    Course highlights:

I learned the basis of Algebra and how to solve different types of equations.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a main course so if it's required for your program you have to take it anyways but I would recommend it even if it wasn't required for you because the outcome of that class can really help you in a lot of ways in your life since it's basic math and everything in our life requires math skills.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Math is usually a requirement in most courses and the instruction of it at ACC is great! I usually struggle with math but find myself doing quite well at it now.

    Course highlights:

The course brought forth various challenging content, the highlights in my opinion would be the satisfaction of completing the material and doing well on it as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of the Math Center offered on campus and look over all supplemental material included via Moodle.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Grades are based on test and labs. Test are hard but not impossible. Mr. Davis is a great teacher and offers tutoring opportunities. If you are struggling in his class i would suggest seeking help from mr.davis or the math center.

    Course highlights:

Functions. What is a function and how they work. Graphing parabolas.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study for test. Ask questions and take advantage of math center and tutoring.
