    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This was an online course, and I would recommend it because it is done at your own pace and Mrs. Cook is very helpful.

    Course highlights:

This course really helped me as an adult student to refresh on my basic math skills, and also taught me how to calculate my credit card balances the way the banks do. Very Helpful.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend using your e-book provided with this course and take notes from the notes provided by the instructor and do not be afraid to ask questions!!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone who is either returning to education later in life or is looking for a refresh on easier mathematical materials. The material and coursework were essentially a review from years past, though it is useful in strengthening materials from long ago and also going material that is essential for modern day (for instance, taxation).

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was our focus on the chapter with taxes. This was useful for me to learn since I had never gone over those formulas and charges in my earlier education and it is knowledge that I will need for payments in life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is mandatory for those going into the nursing field (or majoring in Nursing Prep) at Alamance Community College. The majority of the topics covered in this class are very easy and won't require much outside work. This, overall, gives the course a relaxed feeling, though be aware that it is not exceedingly challenging or overly engaging. However, whether or not you know all of the topics beforehand, the material will benefit you (to review or learn).

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is really good at helping the students and explaining the concepts.

    Course highlights:

We learned how to read statistics and how math things related to statistics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do the homework, don't procrastinate.
