Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This is a must-take class for any college student, regardless of major. It gives you the knowledge of diet, exercise, and lifestyle that you need to be at your physical and mental best - a necessary condition for handling the stress and courseload of college.
Out of all that I learned from the class, two pieces of knowledge stood out: aerobic exercise and diet. The benefits of aerobic exercise (jogging, biking, swimming, etc.) that were not common knowledge were the mental benefits: improved memory and quicker mental processing. This can really help when taking exams. I also learned about the best diet for enhanced brain function: antioxidants (e.g. Berries) and polyunsaturated fats (e.g. Fish oil).

Advice for students:
Besides the usual advice of study study study, I advise students to take the knowledge of the class seriously - it can help you function well in school, work, and life in general. (You can even use the exercise and diet tips mentioned before to tackle the tests of the same class!)
