Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Goldman is an outstanding instructor who makes learning these difficult concepts very easy. Her classes include several youtube videos that will keep you laughing while you learn.

    Course highlights:

You will be able to easily identify, and solve, the dietary puzzles of our normal eating patters and how they affect our life on a real time basis. I thoroughly enjoyed looking through the nutritional lenses, without judgement, to obtain guidance on healthier eating patters for life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay up with the work! I would work to front load the work so that the last couple of weeks is easy sailing.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend this course to anyone who really wants to learn to live a longer, healthier simply through their food choices.

    Course highlights:

I learned so many simple lifestyle changes I can make starting as a young adult to better my life and prevent disease and cure current heath concerns through food.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class if you want to learn and pass the exams. Heavy long lectures but if you pay attention and participate it'll go by quickly.
