    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

always interacted with us, never judged us for what we said or did. gives ton of notes and extra credit opportunities and even helps us with our own goals whether it was small or big like trying to stop smoking to learning how to budget money and has a lot of personal stories so every class is never a dull moment

    Course highlights:

I learned more about my health and how to put them into place. like what and how much to eat to lose weight and learned more about the effects of drugs and even told us interesting stuff like a new law that was put into place where if a person they knew overdosed they were able to report it and not get in trouble

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

it may be easy but take every extra credit opportunity and stay on top of everything or you will slip and not know how

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class helps you with real life scenarios and can help you manage important parts of your life like stress, study habits and watching what you eat!

    Course highlights:

You learn how to manage your life more effectively and efficiently. Each chapter you will learn many new tricks and tips on how to better manage yourself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the chapters! Mostly because if you don't read the content you won't pass the tests, but also because you learn a lot that can benefit your personal life. This isn't a class that you're constantly asking yourself "when will this material ever be relavent to my everyday life?". Everything you learn and read will help you better yourself.
