Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course as well as the instructor. This is a challenging course seeing as though most people are not comfortable with public speaking. Courtney has a wonderful way of helping her students find the confidence to perform presentations and explains thoroughly how to construct a proper Business Letter.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of this course include drafting Business Letters, Memos, and Persuasive Messages in proper formatting as well performing presentation both individually and with a group. I learned a lot about body language or non-verbal communication and how we should be aware of it because it could potentially give your audience a different message than what you intend.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Have fun with it! Make sure to prepare for your presentations in advance and really take time to make friends with your classmates - it will make it a more comfortable and pleasant experience.
