Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because you really get to learn so much about specific areas that affect you as a person and you can find ways to improve or become aware of how to fix them.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to cope with stress because as a student I know how stressful life can get. I learned about many different disorders, health, how therapists help you cope and so much more.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you do take this course be sure to pay attention to the notes in class and read the book so you can be able to reference back to them when it's time for the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this online course to students because it allows us as individuals to understand more about how our minds function, biologically and psychologically. Creating an atmosphere where you don't feel judged for your opinion, and allows you to venture out of your comfort zone of knowledge.

    Course highlights:

Overall this course had a multitude of highlights, but my absolute favorite part was the written assignment, where you chose a specific movie to watch and depict. I watched Girl Interrupted, and being someone who suffers with mental health myself, found it almost enlightening to focus so deeply on a realistic interpretation of a specific mental health condition. I learned so much from this course, the main thing being able to understand myself better and open my eyes to life in many ways.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give to someone considering this course would be to really pay attention, and spread of the hours of work required. Make a schedule so you don't get too overwhelmed, and really open your mind to things you have not considered before, and keep your mind open.
