Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This was an online course, so a non tradition class setting. It made me discipline myself to study harder since there was no professor in front of me talking. All though the professor is there for feedback or questions you seriously have to be on top of things. I say if you want to challenge yourself take an online class.
Nutrition isn't just about putting food in your mouth, it's about eating the right food and the right amounts to get the very best for your body. I also found it so interesting on how the body works in every aspect on getting proper nutrition.

Stay organized this is an online class, you still need to be organized. Set a schedule make a day for reading, a day to be a part in discussions, and a day to review and a day to take test. Never be afraid to ask questions! Ask, ask, ask.
