Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was my first online class so you can imagine how nervous I was the day the class started. Professor made everything straightforward and easy to understand. It was a lot of work as the summer semester is rather fast paced compared to a regular semester. If you're aiming to better yourself on Microsoft Office I highly recommend this class.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to navigate and use Microsoft Office. Using applications such as Access, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

It would be highly beneficial to have a PC or laptop hooked up to home internet for easy accessibility. Especially if you are planning on taking online courses.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was completely taken online. The professor answered any questions I had and assisted me on material I could not understand. Professor Craig knows what he's doing and will be taking him again for more CIS courses.

    Course highlights:

I learned the functions and how to create databases using Microsoft software.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay focus and manage time wisely. Having a laptop for mobile access is far more convenient then a home desktop.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I honestly did not think this was a class I would learn anything in because it was just a general education class I had to take to transfer. This class was one of the few classes I actually enjoyed. It was an online class and the work was pretty tedious; however, I learned a lot about the different Microsoft programs which will definitely be beneficial to me in the future.

    Course highlights:

You learn in depth on how to use excel, word, and access.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study the study guides she gives you! Also, even though the hands on homework assignments that she assigns looks very tedious, its exactly the same on test so study it!
