Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It's a necessary prerequisite, so if you need it, you need it. My professor, it should be noted, was very responsive. If I sent a late-night email it would be replied to promptly. The down side was the written lessons. This was an online course, so lectures were transcribed. I don't expect math to immediately make sense, but it was made difficult by the typos in the transcriptions, as well as at least one computational error that I caught. He is fine, and I'm certain he would be very helpful, but these are things that you may want to take under consideration.
I have built the foundation for the physics and higher math that are a part of my major.
