Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course because not only is the professor a great teacher and very informative, but if you love the ocean/marine animals and love biology the class is fascinating and really interesting. Not only that, but you get a grade and credit for going on a field trip with the class for free to the Chesapeake Bay Solomons Island and learn about different types of marine animals you catch!! I would highly recommend this class it helped me consider marine biology as a major as make new friends!!!!!
The highlights of this course was the fascinating trip we went on, as well as if you do your best in the class and really get into it the power point projects and journals you do are very fun and very informative!! I now know more about Marine Environmental Science than I ever did before as well as the history of it!! I never knew about the largest stingray in the world, as well as how ships's sonar can actually affect whales and other marine animals sonar greatly and can hurt them, and I never knew how much history and technology of marine biology we have improved in over the centuries and years!!!!!!!!

Advice for students:
Do your best you can in the class, but have fun with it!! What your learning right now is happening around the world and has happened in the past years!!!!!! What you are about to learn in this class proves we still haven't discovered all of earth's oceans and marine life, and there's a lot we don't know about it!!! There is so much we can do to help the animals on planet earth as well as earth it's self using what we have learned for centuries so take this class and learn how to do your part in helping the ocean and the marine animals, because I know now that I will want to even more!!!!!
