Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This was a mandatory course for me, however I would definitely recommend it for an elective. It`s an easy A if you put the time into actually doing the work and doing it right. Blair makes the course better by treating the students as adults and not children. He seems to understand that we have other courses besides for his, as other profs usually do not. There are many small assignments in this course, however if you keep on top of them you should be fine. There`s one midterm and one final group project. So, the amount of studying is minimal.
You learn many different things by taking this course with Blair. In reality you learn how to manage your time effectively and be an adult learner. You also learn many entrepreneurial things such as how to get a business up and running. This is a great class to take if you ever feel as if you would like to start a business of your own.

Advice for students:
My advice for this course would be to stay on top of your assignments and try your best not to fall behind. Towards the middle of the course I got into the habit of doing the journal entries as soon as they were given to us and I found that this helped a lot more. There`s not as much pressure to get it finished on time, and therefore the writing tends to flow better. The midterm exam is exactly like the sample one that is made up in class so do lots of practice like that. There isnt much time given to write the midterm, but if you practice enough you`ll be fine. The group project is time consuming so get started as soon as you can and definitely dont leave it until the last minute.
