    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

You have to be well disciplined in the online course. It's a lot of reading, but overall its fast and informative.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the ability to read the text and then connect everything I read about to my childhood. It gave me a better understanding of why I am who I am.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

READ EVERYTHING! Get ahead, and read the chapters a week an advance and everything becomes a breeze.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Angie is an exceptional teacher who provides great understanding to the course and is very patient with each student. Since many are new to the course of Child Development, she taught clearly and provided multiple examples with personal experiences of the teacher and students that the class would understand the lecture.

    Course highlights:

A few of the special moments of the class was the interaction we were able to receive from younger children. We are fortunate to have a daycare under Grossmont College. For one of our projects we had to observe children during the day and write down what we saw in terms of what we learned from the class. The act of actually experiencing what we have learned enables us to remember the lectures and the lessons.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It is very beneficial especially for those who are considering on having kids. More knowledge about a child's growth will ensure less questions about on how to a raise a kid also, it will allow the parents to realize what is deemed normal and what is not.
