Not too easy. Not too difficult.

This is a great class. You truly do learn a lot, and although it may get confusing at times, as long as you take proper notes you should be fine.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

MATH 136 is a notorious course, that requires a professor who can teach the course in the best way possible. After failing the course in the Fall semester, taking it again in the Spring semester with Dr. McGraw, I understood the course so much better. She gives out handouts that are similar to homework and test questions plus she always available to answer questions from students.

    Course highlights:

Throughout this course I learned how to analyze statistical data and understand the importance of hypothesis test and statistical significance. It's especially important if you're a psychology major because it is the foundation of research analysis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, you have to stay on top of homework. The homework is very similar to test question. If you ever feel like you don't understand something, even if its a little, get a tutor or go to the professor immoderately because its very easy to get behind in this class.
