    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it gives you a broad, but helpful, introduction to psychology. Professor Pernice is a great teacher in that he's funny, but also serious, and he does a great job at explaining everything. I received A's and B's just by looking through my notes after every exam. I really had a lot of fun in that class.

    Course highlights:

This course helped me to understand the basics of what psychology really is. It is a great foundation for any major, and it gives you useful facts about your every day life. I learned a lot about why we as humans function the way we do, and how the brain is the major source of everything we say, feel, think, and do.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class, you would need to basically come to every lecture. There are points and topics that he talks about in class that are not located in the book. It is recommended to take very good notes and always look over them right after the class in order to retain everything, since he does go fast. Reading ahead of the professor would probably be a good idea as well to get a further understanding of what he is talking about in class, although I did not do this.
