    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class took a lot of studying to achieve a good grade. With all the effort put into it (in and out of the classroom) I formed a great bond with my classmates while sharing study tips and working together.

    Course highlights:

I learned so many medical terms. I know that it is in the title of the course, but it was unbelievable how much I learned in only 16 weeks.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Flashcards were so important for me to cover all the information. Practice, practice, practice all the time. Constant review of terms and spelling is so important or this course. Weekly quizzes determine your progress, so there is never an off moment in this class. Taking anatomy and physiology first was helpful because I already knew how the body worked and where everything was, this class was basically a refresher on terms and more information on diseases of the body.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would 100% recommend this course! The professor is great, and she provides awesome study materials! Tests weekly, but if you follow the study guides you will be fine!

    Course highlights:

Taking this course I not only learned the medical terminology for procedures, disorders, and medical tools, I also learned about the different systems in the body and the different diseases, disorders, tests, and treatments to go with the systems!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study! A lot of it is memory, so repetition is huge! The book comes with already made flashcards, use them to your advantage!
