    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Johnston is wonderful! He is incredibly skilled in what he's teaching and he knows every bit of his material. He also /really/ loves turtles. This Bio 2 course focuses primarily on the living creatures that create the diverse world we live in.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would have to have been the labs. At the end of the Semester, our Professor took us in groups as we dissected the squid, toad, shark, and rat.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is very tough if you do not dedicate a lot of time to everything you're studying. You /need/ to attend all of the professor's classes if you want to get a good grade on his exams. If you fill out his study guides he gives 5 points on your written exam ( Which is really awesome), and I highly recommend that you do so. His study guides have a lot of content that you need to thoroughly memorize, and I recommend taking as much time as you can memorizing them at least 3 days in advance. He has the Biology written exams and the lab exams conducted on the same week, so you need to be prepared for both of them. The professor expects you to apply the information you've learned in the book to the labs as well, but this is fairly easy as the information overlaps.
