    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although kind, Christine Stapell was one of the most unengaging professors I've ever had. This made it difficult to engage with the material. The coursework was alright and the professor, overall, was reasonable -- just dull and unrelatable.

    Course highlights:

I did learn the basics of the human digestive system and nutrition. If you're a self-motivated student, you can learn what's listed in the course description.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend class; there will be in-class assignments on occasion. Tests are also taken in class. When it comes to studying for a test, you need to study beyond the provided study guide. Study your lecture notes and the textbook.
