Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Rodwell is thorough, very intelligible, relatable, and most importantly, an intelligent and perceptive man himself.

    Course highlights:

Learning topics included persuasive powers in organizations, different types of employment, the goals of organizations, the goals, outcomes, and misconceptions surrounding research, and reasons for and responses to employee misbehaviour. The best part of the course is Professor Rodwell's perspective on the course material. He views things sceptically, which in turn forces students to question information and develop theories based on reliable evidence.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Deliberately schedule yourself if you take this course. It can be easy to potentially forget or miss the odd assignment or quiz, so regularly checking the schedule and keeping on top of work is key.
