    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I have to recommend this course because it's a requirement for all MVCC students, and you're automatically registered for it within your first semester at the school.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about what the school had to offer, places such as the FitRec, Speaking & Writing Center, Tutoring Center, etc. all of which was very helpful.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take early-on in your time at MVCC and utilize all the school's resources you learn about in class. They're all very helpful!

    Course Overview:

Love it. This course reminds me that life is what we make it. We are the cause and life generates an effect. College 101 reminds me to trust myself and encourages me to believe in myself as well.

    Course highlights:

Writing an essay on my personal values and morals meant a lot to me. It made me feel so whole and pure, considering the world we live in today. It gave me insight on myself and answered questions on the things I do subconsciously. That paper was my most fond moment and I appreciated that in most lessons, I was the core subject.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To students considering this course, be factual and be honest with who you are. This course will cause tons of eye-opening discussions and accept what is. If unimpressed, work toward goals that only you can set for yourself.
