    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Simpson was very encouraging throughout the course (lecture and lab) and provided great feedback to us all through discussion boards, exams, and our assignments. She explained topics if we were having a hard time understanding them, but she challenged us all to be more in depth with our discussion board posts.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were creating projects for the final exam and running tests for the labs. I learned a lot about apex predators (for my final exam projects), as well as my local environment.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This course does not require background knowledge of the subject, though it is always beneficial if you do. Ensure that you read the assigned text material and prepare for your labs ahead of time since these may be an ongoing project/lab. Be prepared that your discussion posts may alter your thinking and that you may need to delve deeper into each topic.
