    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it is very informational and detailed. If you want to learn about how diseases and infections begin and how medications have an effect on the body, this is the class to be in.

    Course highlights:

    This class talked about how diseases and infections start and for each disease or infection, it explained in detailed about the signs and symptoms, how the disease or infection is diagnosed and what can be done to treat the disease.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed in this course, you will need to read all the lecture notes and also read the textbooks. Dosage calculations also play a major part in this class so it is important to know how to calculate the dosage problems.

    Highlights are being able to understand how different medication interact with each other. You will learn how venous and intravenous access technique.

    It was a very interesting course!

    I learned the various types of drug classes, the side effects, adverse effects, and dosages.

    Advice for students:

    Study, study, study! This course requires a lot of study time to memorize the different drug classes and the side effects that go along with it.
