Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I chose this course because if you are choosing a healthcare major, it will help you out. You will get a better understanding of the diseases of the body and how they affect the different organs and you you will learn how to calculate different medication to give to patients, the adverse effects and how to administer medication.

    Course highlights:

My favorite highlight of the course was learn how to calculate medications and learning the different adverse action of medicines. Not only that, how to administer medications to adults and children with liquid, pills, and IV.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice is to make sure you math skills are on point when it comes to giving the correct dosage to a patient. You do not want to over dose them. Make sure you pay attention to the different medical terminology of each medication because some sound the same but are used for something totally different.
