    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor has zero teaching skills. His accent makes what he says unintelligible, and what you do understand is confusingly presented.

    Course highlights:

Nothing. I got an "A" and then promptly forgot everything I'd studied. The poor quality of the teaching made it impossible to value the subject matter.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the book thoroughly. Don't look to lectures for help.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is very smart and willing to help, but the class itself is pretty dry and hard to engage in. That being said what you learn in this course can be applied in almost any area of business. I recommend preparing to think outside the box. Much of what you learn is pretty foreign to think about and you'll need to give yourself time to comprehend the problems.

    Course highlights:

EOQ and finding the most efficient level of production. It's great and will be useful in capstone classes. It'll really only be helpful if you ACTUALLY learn it. Many people made it through by memorizing the equation and just plugging in numbers. I recommend taking your time to try to understand the equation not just use it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just ask questions. There are going to be many points throughout the semester that you get lost. You need to take notes and ask questions. Most of the course was online so you have Google to help you during the online test, but this is a course where I feel what you learn is actually valuable. Learn it.
