    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and do the homework its easy you just have to be on top of the schedule and get things in on time

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is a pretty simple course where you don't really have to know too much. It really is a time to learn a lot more about yourself and learn ways to make your life healthier.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed being able to play a lot of games and just have a lot of fun. I mostly learned about being more social with people and the teacher, and not letting embarrassment get in the way of success. I also learned more about my body and about better ways to keep myself healthier.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is have a copy of the book. It isn't necessarily needed, but there are some test questions that come in the book and not the power points the instructor uses.
